September 30th - Feast day of Saint Jerome

Saint Jerome, born around 347 AD, was a priest, scholar, and Doctor of the Church.
He is best known for translating the Bible into Latin, known as the Vulgate, and for his deep love of Scripture.
His life reminds us to treasure God’s Word and make it part of our daily lives.
