try this 60 minute LEG & GLUTE workout 🔥
looking for a workout to grow the glutes and legs! join me in this workout routine!

TIPS: Be mindful or your movements - muscle mind connection. It’s integral you use your mind to properly engage & contract the muscles you are working on. Slow the movements down, stay in the burn and embrace it. Focus on what your body is doing. And think “belly button in” to engage the core. This will help support your lower back.

WARMUP —
Donkey Kicks into Leg Extensions & Curl — 2 sets, 20 reps (10 each exercise)
tip: keep core tight, don't lean over one leg but rather stay centred. When doing extension & curl keep leg raised as high as possible without dipping your back down too much. Keep movement SLOW & CONTROLLED. Take the time to activate these muscles properly.

WORKOUT —
• Hack Squats — 4 sets, 10-12 reps
• RDLs — 4 sets, 10-12 reps
• Glute Hyperextensions — 3x 20 reps
• Hip Adductors & Abductors SUPERSET — 3x 10 each exercise. 30 second rest between sets.
