Texas homeowner hangs mannequins in red hats from gallows

A homeowner in Houston, Texas, is getting attention for his front yard display featuring mannequins wearing red hats and masks hanging from gallows. Mark Rodriguez, a 56-year-old Houston native and used car lot owner, said he erected the display as a social commentary on immigration enforcement.
