Robert F. Kennedy Jr., now serving as HHS Secretary, announced that an executive order requiring pharmaceutical companies to list "ALL SIDE EFFECTS" in their television ads, effectively restoring pre-1997 advertising rules.

The policy change could make ads prohibitively long, potentially discouraging Big Pharma from buying so much television airtime.
