"ALERT" - Royal Mail - UNSTUCK!

Had the dreaded Red "Insufficient Postage Paid" card through your letterbox?
Who hasn't.
Across the country, paying "at least" £1 a time in order to collect our mail, adds up to a tidy fortune, but I see online that one person had to pay £6.30 to collect a parcel, so that £1 is a "minimum" fee.
So, how long has this been going on and what's their excuse?

All seems a bit too convenient for my liking.

GLUE DOWN YOUR STAMPS.

The envelope in the video required a "Large" stamp, hence my reason for adding 3 stamps, although 2 should have been sufficient anyway.
The stamps are "New" and were stuck on the envelope a few hours earlier.
The envelope was considered ready to post, until I saw they were peeling off, by themselves.
