The most important thing is your effort and consistency, but if you want results to come sooner take these points into account
✨ Don’t be afraid to load heavy – if your goal is to increase muscle mass, your strength has to increase
✨ Cardio is a supplement to your goals – yes, cardio is super important but often we focus on only that because we are afraid of weights when in reality the supplementation of weights and cardio will give the results you have in mind
✨ You need to have a structured training program – changing your routine every week doesn't give you time to improve and increase strength. I know that doing the same can be a little "boring" for some people but if you have a specific goal in mind you have to give yourself time to progress
✨ Focus on progressive load – This can be weight, reps, different types of tension, improvement in technique etc.
✨ If you want to get to the next level you have to understand that food is equal or even more important than training
Enjoy the process and get excited each time you progress 🤍 don’t focus on when the results are going to come because let me tell you fast it won’t be 😁
