Newly uncovered video shows Trump would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks dry-firing a handgun inside his bedroom months before the attempted assassination at Trump’s July 2024 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The clips, revealed by Candace Owens on her podcast, show Crooks posing with a firearm, practicing shooting stances, and even standing in front of paper targets on his bedroom wall. Owens said much of Crooks’ disturbing online history had been scrubbed from the internet—records that revealed violent rhetoric, searches about explosives, and chilling references to JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.
