Shopify Pathetic Customer Service !! FAILED

I filed a formal compliant on 9/15/25 with Shopify because their preferred vendor has failed to delivered my products and those products are paid in full! Not one returned call, email, or text message have I received ! If this is the kind of support and customer service Shopify offers then as a new business owner I have no choice but to file federal complaints and move my new business platform elsewhere!! What a huge disappointment from Shopify!!
