The video shows a disaster that occurred on December 20, 2016, at Puerto Carreño Airport (Colombia).

During the takeoff roll, a cargo Boeing 727-200 of Aerosucre airline failed to lift off within the runway length, continued for almost 100 meters on the ground, broke through the airport fence, crossed a road with moving motorcyclists and cars, collided with a hangar and a tree, and only after that managed to get airborne.

However, after takeoff, the plane entered a prolonged right bank with further loss of speed and could only reach an altitude of 240 meters. Three minutes after takeoff, the aircraft lost control and crashed into a field, where it caught fire. Five crew members died at the scene, only one survived.

As is often the case, the disaster had many causes. The plane took off exceeding the maximum allowable weight and with a tailwind, and the crew incorrectly calculated the takeoff speeds for the chosen flap configuration, which led to an increase in the takeoff roll by 280 meters.

As a result of a series of collisions, the plane lost the right main landing gear strut with braces and the right inner flap, and a fire broke out in engine No. 3. The landing gear damage caused hydraulic fluid leakage, which gradually disabled one of the hydraulic systems, and the loss of the right flap caused lift asymmetry. All this combined led to loss of control.

Notably, the cargo documentation was not found either in the wreckage or in the company office. So the investigation could only speculate on the actual takeoff weight excess.
