God calls His people to more than comfort; He calls us to be purified, set apart, and grateful. In Nehemiah’s day, some sacrificed everything to rebuild Jerusalem, while others gave thanks. Psalm 126 reminds us that restoration comes after seasons of barrenness, and when God delivers, it’s clear He alone has done it.
