Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe makes 18 soft cookies.
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2/3 Cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Mix first 6 ingredients well. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Shape by rounded Tablespoons. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
Let cookies completely cool on the baking sheet.
