Bill Gates unveils his blueprint for global control, disguised as "universal financial inclusion."

Gates argues that traditional banking is too costly, pushing instead for a mandatory digital future. He praises systems in Kenya and India as models, but reveals the true goal: no country will be permitted to develop its own sovereign technology.

Instead, the Gates Foundation will provide the "universal" infrastructure: the Moja Loop financial switch and, most critically, the MoSiP digital ID. Gates casually notes this ID is "extremely valuable" for health, voting, and education—a trifecta of citizen control.

The private sector is enlisted as the delivery mechanism, building apps on this controlled digital layer. The smartphone becomes the leash—a "low-cost" tool for monitoring and managing the finances and behavior of the global poor, all without the need for costly "human activity" (i.e., human discretion or consent).

Gates admits this is easier to roll out in developing nations, which lack "legacy systems" and the protections they afford. The plan is to bypass the slow, democratic processes of the West by first establishing this digital panopticon where resistance is weakest.

The message is clear: a "one-size-fits-all" system is indeed the goal, and it will be built by his foundation. Financial inclusion is merely the trojan horse for a system of unprecedented surveillance and social engineering.
