Cutting a Marmalade Jar… It’s Cake with Citrus Jelly “Lava” (Satisfying ASMR)

This “glass jar” looks transparent with a gold lid and label—but it’s 100% dessert. One clean knife cut, then a gentle press for tumbling jelly cubes and a glossy citrus ooze.
What’s inside: vanilla bean sponge and orange‑almond mousse around a Seville‑orange–tangerine gel “marmalade” center with soft pâte‑de‑fruit (marmalade) cubes. The jar wall is a thin, cuttable isomalt “glass” shell; the screw‑thread ring is modeling chocolate. The lid is dark chocolate painted satin‑gold with edible metallic dust; the label is an edible print.

Safety: All props are edible. Do not attempt with real glass jars or metal lids.

We post a new edible illusion every day. Comment which “jam” color/flavor we should do next!
