Ingredients
0.5 oz of chopped walnuts
0.5 oz of flaked almonds
3 oz of porridge oats
0.5 oz of pumpkin seeds
4 grated apples
0.5 oz of high-fiber puffed wheat
2.8 oz raisins
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Fortified oat milk

Directions
Add the porridge oats to a saucepan and heat over a medium temperature. Once they start toasting, turn the heat off. Add the nuts, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon and stir to combine. Pour the muesli into a large bowl. Add the puffed wheat and raisins and toss to combine. Once the muesli has completely cooled down, pour half of it into an airtight plastic container. Divide the rest into two bowls and grate two apples over each bowl. Serve with oat milk.
