Smith & Wesson Shield X Review – Hands On with the 3.6” Micro
Today I’m running the Shield X, the latest entry in the Shield family. This striker-fired micro compact comes with aggressive slide serrations, a flat-face trigger, RMSc/K optics cut, ClearSight channel to keep gases off the optic, and a stainless barrel with Armornite finish. It ships with 13- and 15-round mags and a frame-integrated rail, giving you options for lights and accessories.
In this video, I also mounted an O-Sight SE red dot and was able to co-witness, plus added a Nightstick TCM-10F weapon light. Not only does it deliver strong illumination, but it also adds forward weight that helps balance recoil on a smaller frame pistol.
As always, this content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. All handling and testing were done in a safe, controlled environment and in accordance with YouTube’s firearms guidelines.
