Episode 50 of Skywatcher Stories is here! How amazing that we've made it to 50 episodes! This milestone chapter starts with a story about three men in the 1980s who take a camping trip from Seattle to Leavenworth to do a little backpacking up to Colchuck Lake in The Enchantments. After waking up in the middle of the night, two of the men realize their friend has left the tent. After hearing a bizarre screeching sound, they hear their friend's bloodcurdling scream from across the lake. They search and wait for hours until the sun starts to rise, only to witness their friend walk back into camp completely oblivious to anything that's happened and only thinking he was gone for a few minutes. Our second incredible story comes to us from Sauk City, Wisconsin, where a woman who has a daily routine of running through a local park on the Wisconsin River, notices strange vibrations and temperature changes every time she's near the river. She experiences this several times and it isn't until she sees a large flock of starlings fly over the river, that she realizes there might be more in the area than she thought. The flock splits up mid-air as if they are flying around something or avoiding a large object in the sky. Third in line is a terrifying tale about a man who splits his time between Albuquerque and Corrales in New Mexico. After randomly seeing a man with a very noticeable facial deformity one night at a gas station, he starts to see these same deformities on other people. Over a short period of time he sees several more, then it abruptly stops and he's left wondering if these people were real, or if it was just in his head. You won't want to miss this episode!
