YOU WILL NEED:
150 g prunes
150 g dried apricots
150 g dried cranberries
350 g cottage cheese
500 g sour cream or thick yogurt
120 g sugar (6 tablespoons, level)
1 packet vanilla sugar (10 g)
25 g instant gelatin + 50 ml cold water
7 sheets of lavash

FOR THE TOP LAYER:
200 g sour cream
Sugar 20 g (1 tablespoon)
Instant gelatin 5 g + 20 ml cold water
Dried fruit for decoration
