35 By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love and unselfish concern for one another.”

What does mean. Through—> PAIN and SUFFERING one begins only with an inkling to understand the depths of LOVE.

YOU ARE ASCENDING WHEN YOU CAN LOVE THE UNLOVING.

For the first time in history, a climber has skied down Everest without oxygen.

Polish climber Andrzej Bargiel has become the first person in the world to ski down from the summit of Everest without using an oxygen mask.

"It was extremely difficult, and no one had ever done it before, let alone without oxygen," said expedition organizer Chang Dawa Sherpa.

The climber spent 16 hours in the "death zone"—at an altitude of over 8,000 meters, where oxygen levels are only 30% of normal. Despite difficult weather conditions, Bargiel managed to complete the descent.
