Elite Locking Drill

There are infinite things that come together when you are performing any technique.

The aim is to maximise everything and bring it together to deliver the perfect move

This drill is an excellent drill to really enhance your physical ability.

It is a challenging drill, I would definitely categorise it as "high level" but it is very much worth giving a go - there is too much to be gained from it to just ignore it.

It's all down to whether or not you are willing to put the work in to get the results.
