Dad's Crazy Delicious Chicken Soup

If you want a Chicken Soup that will help fight off the Fall chill, boost your immune system, and taste great all at once than you can to the right place.
NOBODY'S MAKING BETTER CHICKEN SOUP THAN US!

Recipe:
1/2 yellow onion
3-5 baby bellas
4-5 baby carrots/ 1/2 whole carrot
1 cup fresh spinach
2 cloves of garlic
1 oz fresh ginger
1 1/2 lbs chicken thigh
salt
black pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
thyme
parsley
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp bacon fat (optional)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbps chicken bouillon & 2 cups water/ 2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine/ light beer
1- 1 1/2 cup shell pasta
