Hello everyone,
One of our customers from The United States of America bought a singingbowl set from us but a bit of an incident during shipment and one of their singingbowls got damaged , so we shipped them a replacement it make up for the problem. So, we just wanted to let you know that we do replace damaged items within 24 hours if the bowls got damaged or lost during shipment which is highly unlikely and we always do the best we can during packaging.
