So here's the basics of what happened. So you have a city council in Hamtramck, Michigan. So this town has a significant Muslim immigrant population — they were gonna ban the pride flag, because as they said, it clashed with the religious beliefs of local residents. Basically, the Muslims were like, "We don't support that sh*t," and the city council, which is majority Muslim, said, "Yeah, we don't agree with that. We're banning that flag."

So, they sued. So a federal judge, that, by the way, is a Democrat, ruled that banning the pride flag didn't violate the Constitution, it didn't violate the First Amendment, because they were only banning it on public property, and apparently, the all-Muslim city council was allowed to do that.
