The Vegan Life for Me. Daniel 1:8-21

In Daniel 1, four teenagers—Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah—are ripped from Jerusalem and dropped into Babylon’s brainwashing machine. Offered the king’s food and wine, Daniel resolves not to defile himself. Why? Because obedience to God matters more than advancement, comfort, or fitting in. In this study we walk verse-by-verse through Daniel 1:8–21: the 10-day test, God’s favor with Ashpenaz, the wisdom God gives, and why purity comes before illumination. We also talk practically about discerning God’s will, walking by faith (not sight), and trusting the Lord to open and close doors in real life.

If you’re facing pressure to compromise, this chapter will steady you. The same God who strengthened Daniel will strengthen you.
