🥑 Avocados: full of potassium, magnesium, etc. They prevent the ‘keto flu’ and make you feel like a silky green ninja 🥷
🥬 Fermented foods (sauerkraut, sprouts): probiotics keep your gut happier than a toddler in a bounce house.
🧈 Healthy fats (butter, olive oil, coconut oil): because your brain is 60% fat. Why not give it the good stuff?
