🥒CUCUMBERS IN CHILI KETCHUP

Serves 4.5 liters of cucumbers ⬇️
1.5 liters of water
125 ml of vinegar
125 g sugar
2 tbsp salt
250 g Torchyn Chili Ketchup @torchyn.ukraine
currant leaves, cherry leaves, dill umbels, black peppercorns, allspice, garlic

Preparation: 🧑‍🍳
Soak the cucumbers in cold water for 4 hours and wash them thoroughly.

Place 2 currant leaves, 2 cherry leaves, 1 dill umbrella, a couple of garlic cloves, 2 allspice berries, and a few black peppercorns at the bottom of sterilized jars and fill them tightly with cucumbers.

For the marinade, combine water with vinegar, sugar, salt, and the main ingredient of delicious cucumbers, chili ketchup.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring for 3-5 minutes.

Pour the hot marinade over the cucumbers and cover with lids.

Place a towel on the bottom of a large pot, place the jars with cucumbers in it, pour warm water over them, bring to a boil, and sterilize ⬇️
1 liter jars - 20 minutes.
0.5 liter jars - 10 minutes.

After sterilization, carefully close the lids, turn the jars upside down, and wrap them up until they cool completely.
