Does Trump's 'Bagman' (Stephen Miller) Look Like An Alien Human Hybrid Shapeshifter?

Looking at Stephen Millier's oversized 'pineapple' (forehead, with it's massive egg shape) made me wonder if he is really an alien hybrid, especially with the visceral poison that comes out of his cake hole.
