Subjects Discussed:
1 - In every moment you choose between heaven and hell, the heavenly mindset or the hellish mindset.
2 - If you choose to view the world through love's lens you will experience the Heavenly mindset and world.
3 - You hold the power, not the outer world. You define your experience, and thus your amount of peace or pain.
4 - You become sick because there is something in it for you.
5 - Salvation is, according to ACIM, the release from the world's mindset and world. Your salvation is in your own decision making process.
6 - Two ways to view time, through Love's lens that says every moment is sacred
7 - Guilt shows you that your ego is in control of your thinking.
8 - Forgiveness is a way out of guilt. Placing your trust in the Divine, that God will use even your guilt for healing.
9 - Nothing but the truth in you is true, everything else is just a story you have made up. The truth in you is love.
10 - If you want true lasting peace and joy, you will choose to see this world through Love's lens.
11 - The truth/love in you is unchangable.
12 - You can judge yourself as less than what God created you.
13 - What the ego uses to hurt the Holy Spirit uses to heal.
14 - Being all One, if you judge another you punish and poison yourself.
15 - Do what brings you peace and you will have peace.
16 - When you have doubt bring God in to decide for you.
17 - When in doubt, use such moment to practice bring God in and allowing Him to lead and guide you.
18 - You are always doing the best you can with the emotional and spiritual tools that you have in that moment.
19 - When you ask God for help He rejoices in your trust in Him.
20 - The way God looks at you is the way you want too learn to look at all others.
21 - Your brothers are not what they think, say and do, your brother is God's loving creation.
22 - Arrogance is thinking that you can create a world apart from what God created.
23 - God help me see this situation this only as You do.
24 - Humility is choosing to see this world through God's eyes.
25 - Practice seeing each and every person as a gift from God to you.
26 - Practice making gratitude your constant companion, this will bring you a higher level of peace.
27 - Learn not to substitute your world for God's.
28 - If you can't yet forgive someone, ask God to forgive them for you.
29 - The ego being in opposition to God/Love/All is nothing, not real or true.
30 - A doorway to heaven is to see all others as God's children and creations.
31 - Let go and forgive all thoughts that don't support you and your peace and joy. Stop supporting thoughts that don't support you.
32 - Mr Rogers mother said that when looking at chaos - look for the helpers, always look for the helpers.
33 - Recall the ego answer first and loudest. Do not judge you for this. Practice recognizing when your mind is out of alignment with the mind of God. Then choose to view the world through Love's lens.
34 - The less you judge others the less weight of judgment you will need carry.
35 - By seeing only the light in others you increase your own light because of your judgments of them/ blocks to your light are place aside.
36 - Practice asking God/Love throughout the day to lead you. The more you do so the more normal this behavior will become.

Lesson 152. The power of decision is my own.

1. No one can suffer loss unless it be his own decision...

2. You may believe that this position is extreme, and too inclusive to be true...

3. Salvation is the recognition that the truth is true, and nothing else is true...

4. This is the simplest of distinctions, yet the most obscure...

5. As God created you, you must remain unchangeable, with transitory states by definition false...

6. Is it not strange that you believe to think you made the world you see is arrogance?...

7. To think that God made chaos, contradicts His Will, invented opposites to truth, and suffers death to triumph over life; all this is arrogance...

8. Let us today be truly humble, and accept what we have made as what it is...

9. Today we practice true humility, abandoning the false pretense by which the ego seeks to prove it arrogant...

10. The power of decision is our own...

11. Now do we join in glad acknowledgment that lies are false, and only truth is true...

12. In patience wait for Him throughout the day, and hourly invite Him with the words with which the day began, concluding it with this same invitation to your Self...
