Why I Don't Make Free Phone Calls

I need to clarify something. there are so many people out there that fill out the contact form on my website who then get offended that my staff will tell you that they need to purchase a consultation. a ridiculous question would be why would I pay Kevin a consultation fee just to find out I need to get my taxes done? because I am good at what I do and because this is a business not a charity. we ran an experiment to see how well we would do if I made outbound phone calls to people who requested them in social media Direct messaging. out of 30 phone calls only three answer the phone and for those who called back they all said the same thing that they don't answer phone numbers they don't recognize. that's a loser remark because if you're not taking phone calls during the business day you are losing business and if you are afraid of answering the phone because it might be some scam call, you're a loser for not answering the call and telling them to stop calling. they'll keep calling cuz you don't answer the phone. you cannot solve your problems by hiding from them. as a result of the abysmal failure of the experiment to call people without them having purchase the consultation, we will never be calling anyone from social media again. we will paste a standard response with all of the links that you need to go directly to the service that you're looking for and you can purchase that service on the website. I am very dismayed by the number of adults who are afraid of answering the phone if you really stop and think about it, that is precisely why you are broke.
