Families anxious as rescue efforts continue in Taiwan floods

Friends and family of those missing after floods in eastern Taiwan remained distraught and awaited answers on Friday (September 26) in the aftermath of heavy rains brought by Super Typhoon Ragasa, as rescue efforts continued.
