On this episode of Open Range with Gary Emineth, guest Alan Klein of Bismarck shares his powerful journey of faith and service. Klein, a devoted Christian layman, has dedicated his life to building ministries and advancing prayer across North Dakota and beyond. He was instrumental in launching the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast with former Governor Ed Schafer—an event that has now carried on for 33 years. Klein also had a close connection with Dr. Richard Halverson, the late U.S. Senate Chaplain who played a vital role in the National Prayer Breakfast and was later inducted into the North Dakota Roughrider Hall of Fame. In addition, Klein spoke about his work with Steer, Inc., an organization that fuels Christian missions worldwide by connecting ranchers, farmers, and donors. Above all, Klein emphasized his walk with Jesus Christ and the importance of faith in both personal and public life.
