So far, two men are running to fill current Commissioner Todd Heitt's seat in the general election November 2026 - Brad Boles and Justin Hornback.

Boles is a sitting Oklahoma Representative, Hornback has been working in the field as a welder and a safety professional.

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission has a great deal of power to regulate private businesses and providers of such diverse commodities as oil and gas and rail travel. The OCC has the ability to save - or cost - Oklahomans millions of dollars in utility bills and to protect them from possible environmental fallout from energy production (including carbon capture).

Why does Hornback want to run? What does he feel he can do to help Oklahomans if elected? Tune in to find out!

And, in the second hour, Katy Smith (V1SUT) Michael and Jenni, will talk about the resignation of current Oklahoma State Superintendent, Ryan Walters.
