Third Rapture of Jesus & Fourth Rapture of Philip | Seven Mysteries Part 6

The third rapture in the Bible is the most glorious of all — the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. After His resurrection, “He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God” (Mark 16:19). Acts 1:9 tells us that He was “taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.” Just as He went up, He will return in like manner.

The fourth rapture is Philip in Acts 8, when the Spirit of the Lord caught him away after baptizing the Ethiopian eunuch. Philip was transported about 30 miles to Azotus, where he continued preaching the gospel. While this was not a rapture into heaven, it was a miraculous translation of his body, showing God’s power to place His servant wherever He wills.
