UVB-76 - The buzzer (4625khz)

Information about UVB-76:
To keep it short, it's a Russian radio station transmitting at 4625KHZ that is mostly known as the buzzer or UVB-76. It has been transmitting since as early as 1982. Sometimes there is a mysterious operator giving out voice messages.
UVB-76 Location is near Saint Petersburg.
