When Charlie says the "whole country is under surveillance" ... he is referring to a "Police State" whereby everything is ruled at gunpoint by a wealthy elite for their own interest. This is known as "Fascism" of which a "divisive schism" paradigm is perpetuated and maintained by these "Greedy Elite Have's" in their "Have and Have-not's Society".

America fought two world wars in order to defeat "Global Fascism" and that legacy is intuitively remembered by all "Common Folk" who still have morals of "Selflessness".

Today, Israel represents the greedy elitist Fascism and their U.S. Greedy Elitist" "Yes-people Peers" are their accomplices; dividing as their "Debt-slaves & Wage-slaves" using their "Payola Trickle-down Economics (from superprofits stolen from their neo-colonies)" ... to con the "wannabe minions" who might have succumbed to their "Game".
