TRILECHE (three milks)
(this portion makes 2 pans measuring 17/17 and 19/19)
Sponge cake:
5 eggs
150 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
180 g flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder

Soaking:
300 ml milk 3.2%
100 ml cream 33%
50 g condensed milk
10 g vanilla sugar

Cream:
200 ml cream 33%
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Caramel:
200 g sugar
200 g 33% cream
20 g 82% butter

Bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
