I tossed around sharing this for months, and finally I decided that not only is it essential to share this experience... it is also essential to shine a light on one of the darker corners of freelancing in general.

I want to say, I have zero regret, as I understand that at the end of the day, I am on a journey. I have chosen a path of learning to value myself and my abilities... and the way to do so, is to continuously do so in situations that arise and challenge it. It's a beautiful thing. And I continue the journey as I make this decision to be vocal.
