Jonah Berger, Camp Footprint Director and National Youth Programs Manager for the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA), joins us to share a powerful and personal story. On September 27, Jonah and his wife Megan will take part in a special walk in DeWitt to raise awareness and funds to fight Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT), a rare, progressive neuromuscular disease that both Jonah and his young daughter live with every day. Though incurable, CMT impacts more than 135,000 Americans, including about 4,000 right here in Michigan. This event is not just about raising money, it’s about hope, community, and pushing for a future where families like the Bergers don’t have to fight this battle alone.
