In a recent livestream, Ray J accidentally reveals that he is building a RICO case against his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. He even claims that this case would be worse than the one brought against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

These comments come just months after Ray J appeared on TMZ Presents: United States v. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial, where he argued that the RICO charges against Diddy didn’t make sense. He even stated that the idea of the Kardashians being hit with RICO charges was more believable.
Two months later, his prediction seemed to line up with reality. In July 2025, Diddy was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges but was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
