🥄 Ingredients (Makes 10 Cookies)

Cookies:

1 ¼ cup all-purpose (or low-carb) flour

⅓ cup keto vanilla cake mix

1 pack sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

¼ cup brown monk fruit sweetener

½ cup granulated monk fruit

1 tbsp vanilla extract

⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter

2 whole eggs

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Mix-Ins:

½ bag Crisp Power Sea Salt Protein Pretzels (crushed)

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

⅓ cup chopped sugar-free caramels

¼ cup crushed peanuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven → 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla & almond milk → mix until smooth.

4. Fold in pretzels, chocolate, caramel & peanuts.

5. Shape into 10 cookies → place on lined baking sheet.

6. Bake 13–14 mins → chewy inside, golden edges.

7. Cool & enjoy your protein-packed cookies.
