Notice how Darius contradicts himself. If astral projection was an enlightenment experience, why would frequency of the phenomenon cause one to feel drained?

The deepest state of meditation (Full association) is what re-energizes. There's dis-association, which is the healthy expression of investment in a perspective, and then there's dissociation, which is unhealthy in not keeping one's focus where it belongs. Astral projection is included in the latter, not the former. Darius is dumbass, and Sarah is too naive about philosophy and dissociation to realize it.
