In September, Russian forces advanced their position on the left bank of Volchya, gaining control of the Volchansk oil extraction plant in the Slobozhansky direction.

The RF Armed Forces successfully countered the Ukrainian counterattacks in the Glubokoye area, driving the enemy back from positions near Liptsev.
