Rogan pointed out that George Zinn, 71, had also been tied to the 2013 Salt Lake City Marathon bomb-threat case, questioning whether he was “insane” or “professionally insane.”

And just after claiming he killed Kirk, Zinn was arrested for child p*rn.

“Well, now you can’t interview him,” Rogan said.

“He’s clearly insane — or not. Or he’s professionally insane,” Rogan theorized. “That’s where it gets squirrely.”
