Twister part II, lying in the mud to keep cool. Where is his pool? [Ep 67]

Rescued from the desert by DHS agents, 16-year-old Twister has lived with a broken and fused elbow most of his life. When pain meds alone stopped making him comfortable, we wrapped his leg for stability. But because of the wrap he cannot have a wading pool. So to cool off in the recent heat wave, we made him a mud wallow.

Our vet reevaluated this situation and he thinks that after five months, Twister's leg might have fibrosed enough to live without the wrap as he used to. So we are removing the wrap and giving him his pool back!
