A pop-up statue appeared on Tuesday near the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. The sculpture depicts U.S. President Donald Trump holding hands with the late financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The installation drew a crowd of onlookers, with passersby stopping to take photos and videos.
