Anibal Hernandez Santana, 63, was arrested after opening fire on ABC10’s Sacramento office on September 19, forcing employees to take cover and temporarily halt their work.

Local police launched the initial investigation, later joined by federal agents who determined the attack targeted a federally licensed broadcaster. Prosecutors have since filed both state and federal charges.

Meanwhile, Republican strategist Scott Jennings says he has forwarded a threatening post from former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann to the FBI.
