Trump Says European Nations “Going to Hell"; Launches All-Out Assault on UN | N18G
US President Donald Trump criticised the United Nations and European countries during his speech at the UN headquarters. He said European nations were “going to hell” because of the issue of migration. He made the comment during his first return to the UN in his second term. Trump claimed that in just seven months, he had ended seven wars, including the conflict between India and Pakistan. He also accused the United Nations of failing to help broker peace deals in wars. Trump spoke about the war between Russia and Ukraine, saying that NATO countries should shoot down Russian planes violating other nations' airspace. He added that Ukraine could fully recover its original territory with help from the European Union. Addressing the war in Gaza, Trump said that countries recognizing a Palestinian state were actually rewarding Hamas. Speaking about climate change, Trump called it “the biggest con job perpetrated on the world.
