The tour begins in the Production Facility, where every Nighthawk 1911 is fully handcrafted by a single gunsmith. From there, we move into Final Assembly, where each pistol goes through meticulous quality control to ensure flawless performance.

Next, we pass through Shipping and Receiving, the hub where pistols are carefully prepared to head out to their new owners. From there, it’s on to the Custom Shop, where customer-supplied 1911s and Browning Hi Powers are transformed—whether that means custom upgrades, repairs, or a full rebuild.
