Advanced Rhythm Studies - Concepts For Soloing Using Polyrhythms - 5:4 5:3 - 5:2 .

In this video we will continue exploring polyrhythms. We will apply 5:4 - 5:3 - and 5:2 to the pentatonic scale. This will produce theses polyrhythmic phrases that we will apply to our improvisation. Drummers study this stuff all the time, but other musicians don't seem to explore this side of rhythm. It will change the way you solo. It will also help to develop your inner clock, because we won't use the metronome as a baby sitter, but as another instrument that is playing a counterpart.
