Blood Sugar Stabilizing Breakfasts:
Meat and Cheese Stackers - Layer 2 ounces of cheese inside 2 ounces of meat and eat.

Raspberry Yogurt Crunch: Put 1/4 cup of raspberries in a bowl, crush them with a fork, and then stir in 3/4 cup of yogurt, a pinch of Stevia, and a tablespoon of crushed pecans.
