I’m trying to get info to see if this is divine intervention, criminal arson, or government terrorism to burn the birds alive.

But who would have thought this could have been a risk… Putting bales of hay out there, when just yesterday, there was somebody running around with a canister of gasoline being shrieked at by a (neighbor?) woman.

We will find out if this is divine intervention, criminal arson, or a terrorist government that had literally planned to burn the birds alive or smoke them into a specific location.
